Dr Ashwin Narasimha Sridhar is a consultant urologist and surgeon at UCLH, a leading NHS hospital in the UK, with over eight years of experience in the field of urology. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate and bladder cancer using robotic and minimally invasive techniques. He is also a proctor and trains and mentors other surgeons in various robotic procedures. In addition to his clinical work, he is passionate about advancing the field of innovative surgical technology and education. He holds a master’s degree in surgical technology from Imperial College London, where he researched augmented reality image guidance for robotic prostatectomy. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in clinical education, where he developed a novel interactive environment for the development of surgical skills. He has published multiple papers and book chapters on urologic surgery and technology and has collaborated with several healthcare technology companies to provide expert opinions, design educational interventions, and assess technology.
